What's the point of using a Skybox when there is no way to turn off generated clouds while keeping the sun/moon/stars/sky? Not to mention that when a storm approaches in-game the skybox remains the same, which totally throws off the immersion. Seems like it's better to just stick to generated clouds.

I really hate when forums do this. When I try to quote someone's post, but there is a quote in their post, it double quotes. And so sometimes you end up making posts that have a quote, in a quote, in a quote, in a quote, and so on... Please just make it to where when I quote someone it simply quotes THEIR post and not everyone else's.

Like anything else, with enough practice in Noggit you begin to get a feel for terrain building. Those mountains are actually fairly easy to make in Noggit. Where Noggit really falls short imo, aside from the bugs, is the texturing. I would really like some more texturing options.
