yea was thinking about happyhacks hack lol, will deff come back to that tutorial, his topic wasn't detailed back on modcraft. So a city would be just a large wmo group? I could connect like 3-4 WMOs that have around 70-k verts each? But I'm still interested why are cities always one WMO(group), and what would be the difference if I painted chunks in noggit and then just place WMOs on that?

Hi guys, I'm making a city have a couple of questions. I'm not sure how to export it all, are there tools that can convert your model into a WMO group. I know mirrormachine would crash with anything over 50k verts so thats out, what else is there? Second, is there any way to script guards and make them leave those locations with red dots on map? Also for the map thing, does it matter if my city is a compact wmo or should I just paint chunks in noggit make it a zone?

I've just done it with maps, so it needs textures and models to not crash? Can you tell me or anyone else if they know exactly, what of this is necessary at least for noggit. oh duh, it converts adts too didnt notice that cool, I thought the only tool was Phillip TNG and his links were dead + it was CPU heavy So this is a standalone tool cool, like drag and drop into the white box? It can take the whole world folder, won't crash? but says it wont reconvert m2 later if you want to port them back to a higher exp, damn

I know someone here must surely have the Azeroth and Kalimdor maps downgraded for noggit, not the 335a ones I'm looking for post Cata maps? I'm interested how big are they, and if you could share it pretty please. PM me or post it here. Or let me formulate the question like this if noone here has it Is there a private 335 server out there with updated old world maps? HA :b then imma juss gonna maek an account there and make sure I download their custom patch to maximize the whole.. gameplay experience, right?? .b

yes but still I had my panties in a bunch till I dled his second link, it was some australian developer mmo world tool, who knows even.. maybe that early Blizz did need help from other companies

Navicats not recommended I remember my friend who helped me set it up told me aswell its just not, obviously failed tool for this, and about your other problems just post there on their support if the build is even working. If it says 335 and 6x working and 434 failing in red obviously somethings not right with the build. But then again you can always theorycraft about it here and hope.. :B EDIT: altho https://gitlab.com/trinitycore/TrinityCore_434/tree/4.3.4#build-status its green now you should be able to set it up

4.3.4 is not a supported branch so could be that its fucked up atm not working, not sure Auth and characters shouldn't be empty thats for sure, the sql files should be in your --- C(or)D:\TrinityCore-4.3.4\sql\base (Amaroth replied faster with pictures ⇑⇑⇑ :p) and world u get from here https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/releases this is the latest 4.3.4 https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/releases/tag/TDB434.09 ? And yes Navicat isn't recommended try getting SQLyog or Workbench, wouldn't recommend my SQLs either lol recalled I had trouble myself compiling 4.3.4 back then, in the end copied all DBCs from a repack and added some quest SQLs from ACweb or somewhere +some manual hacks to get worgen languages , so quite a mess

You have to run TDB_full sql in world, thats pretty basic but don't understand where uve put it from what you wrote up there. Also says here https://gitlab.com/trinitycore/TrinityCore_434/tree/4.3.4#build-status 4.3.4 build is failing, I've got my ancient 2014 4.3.4 compiled got the sql's too I think, if you want I could upload it.

Truth of the matter is you and everyone else here is doing their very creative and whatnot 2.75% modifications on a very convenient 98% rest of a game done by Blizz, even more handy is the widespread popular name World of Warcraft to slap on your genius modifications and run the server. You can call that whatever you want but its pretty clear whats going on there.

And Blizz didn't just take as you're saying popular culture mythology it ripped of real brands like warhammer, everquest existed bfore wow, D&D. WoW is more of a lucky combination of everything mixed up, with a disgusting disneyland dressing all over it to get a wider appeal, kungfu pandas and anime bloodelfs,no blood or sex, to hoard as many asians and 11 year olds as they possibly can.

Yea theyre been threads like this on Modcraft Anthoniestoolbox dude getting angry someones using his 'material' ™ but thats just inevitable here. The whole concept of WoW modding started by stealing Blizzards game, and Blizzard stole everything from every other fanatasy franchise so the whole argument is really pointless.

While i understand to a degree what Rangorn means doesn't want to share the 'technology' and I agree the rest here should stop focusing on 335, I dont understand ur saying u got a server with 100players. Is profit your angle, can you make a decent amount of money with 100 people? I'm guessing not so not sharing whatever u got is kinda lame in that case.

Just ditch BLPs all together I use TGA, exports and looks better ingame then the hacked BLPs, I had a thread on modcraft like a tutorial I think can't find it but try this if you know PS http://www.edowner.net/Texture-Tutorial/ Altho this about conversion you cant read the source right?not sure about that .b
