  1. Hiya, I was wondering in order to retro-port some espects of future expansion to Wotlk what client would be best to extract it from. Is it better to get the ladest WoD or even Legion client and get it from there or is it better to extract a map that came out in Cata ( and hasn't changed since) from cata. And what version is always best to get. Last patch version or Alpha I think I heard someone say retro porting could be done best using alpha clients but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Poisonleaf.

  5. Black Sam's Isle is a remote pirate island where one would go for adventure. Pirates are very busy and always have something for you to do. As always feedback is welcome; What can be improved, What do you like, etc.

  13. Not long after the mortal races set sail for the unknown, They found themselves fortunate, as they laid eyes upon an untouched group of islands just south west of Teldrassil in the veiled sea. What started out as a small settlement is now the thriving capital of Eshelar. The Horde and the Alliance swore a pact to keep their differences aside for the glory of Serania. This day, whether you're a gnome, a troll or a human you can find your every need within the city boundaries. What adventures and secrets lie ahead? Well, that will be for you to discover.

  16. The scale I'm using is 0.08(98438) Ill deep myself into object creation and retexturing once the map version 0.5 is complete, Because as said before, there are quite a few things Id like to use but needs things removed or nex texture. Thanks you again. Poisonleaf.
  17. Hiya Amaroth, First of all thank you for your reply. You are right about the Cross-expansion object matching and you are right. I should stick to the same 'theme'. I'm a perfectionist myself and later in the evening as I was going through it I did notice that the lamps are a total miss-match and a better object is available. (Don't know any replacement for the planters though.) Shame to see that the leveling of the sidewalks will not be an option. (at this point/ever) but it's not a big loss. Overall I still think it looks decent without it. As for the overall flat-ness of the area. Well didn't really paid any attention to it as it was just testing the whole curb idea but it will definitely be something I will work on in phase two. And finally about your offer I would Love, with a capital L to have curbs in that color (base buildings). I will shoot you a PM about that right away. I can't create/edit objects myself yet but it will be something I look into the further I go with this project. There are things here and there that I would like to adjust. Thank you again for reading and your offer. Poisonleaf.
  18. Hiya guys, Today I had the time to do the idea I had for building my main city next week, It's inspired by stormwind. I love the idea but as for execution I currently don't like the curb color and main street texture color. The main street texture is not a problem off course, the main problem here is that I only found one item fitting to be used as a curb. (ti.roadcurbshort01.m2) I think if I find an item in a grey color everything will fit more nicely. (Maybe recolor the used object) A second thing that I'd like to have but can't seem to figure out is to have a slight high difference but in a straight angle. (See Stormwind picture) Without the object in place it's pretty much an L shape if you understand what I mean. Any help with these matters or feedback is welcome as always. Thank you for reading and stay awesome! Poisonleaf Inspiration/Example picture Stormwind.
  19. Mostlikely he means if someone can retro-port Paladin mystic gear from legion to 3.3.5a and send him the download link. OT: If you really want that, there are enough tutorials around that will help you achieve this.

  22. Was watching the stream for a while. Nice stuff, it's a shame the admin was a dick it was looking like a good project.
  23. HIya mate, Thanks for the feedback. The color design in picture 1&2 are Blizzards... It's pretty much an exact copy of nagrand. (My favo zone) I still like the combination though, as I want the whole continent to appear light and soft. It will most likely appear even more light when I can adjust the water to the correct color. For the alpha maps, The whole area still has to be leveled to the grass will appear as a hill with pathes of sand/dirt inbetween. I understand what you mean with the terrain being flat and Ill look into making it more.. rocky? Thanks again.
