I edited FileData.dbc ,Movie.dbc, MovieFileData.dbc MovieVariations.dbc 

Following the guide.  I didnt did the C++ part because that seems to be a part for the character starting zone part that I dont need. 

I created a NPC with smart scripts that triggers cinematics, and it works.   I am testing the custom cinematic with a custom ID and nothing.   Here are the pictures.

Common mistake is that your video file has wrong resolution. This was already discussed here. Use the searcher.
