Hello, I just recently started my way in the modification of the game and now I'm trying to learn how to work with the Charsections file, I did not find any sites where the work with this file was intelligibly explained ... I spent a lot of time to copy similar changes from 7.1.0 but without success , the file changes did not even affect the game and the standard character skins are still in the character creation menu. If there is a Guru among you, please explain how to work with this db2 file.

Loading custom files requieres a modified executable in some sort. As far as I am aware there is no 7.3.5 exectuable atm. 
But there is one fore 7.1.0. So what exactly did you do to your client to make it load your modified db2? If you havent done anything then you know why its not loading.

There are the executable for 7.2.5 and 7.1 too, you must search in this post.

 

The db2 you must modify are CharSections.db2 and BarberShopStyles.db2. I've the all skins unlocked for 7.2.5, if you want i can give you the files for you compare this.

In charsection only you've change the flag 17 to 19.

Title says 7.3.5. I am aware of that post. But I am also aware that Lizzard ramped up their security alot thats why you can clearly see that theres no 7.3.5 executable in there. Modding this in 7.2.5 is streight forward from his 7.1.0. result. 

In addition to that DB2 structure was drastically changed in 7.3.5 as a preperation to BfA.
